I would go back to Budapest at Christmastime just for the mulled wine and chimney cakes. Seriously. That was the only thing getting me to keep trudging on through the bitter cold.
The chimney cakes were incredible--crunchy, sugary goodness on the outside and warm, chewy goodness on the inside, complete with steam rising from the center. And the mulled (not mold) wine was so flavorful with spices! It was exactly what was needed to warm me up as we wandered around Budapest.
*Don't worry. The boys are drinking hot apple cider--not mulled wine.
